The path forward

From first call to signed plan.

A focused, three-stage process designed to make estate planning feel less like paperwork and more like a conversation.

Stage 01 i

A conversation, not a sales call.

Book a time that works for you and meet directly with Sarah. The consultation focuses on your family, assets, concerns, and goals so the available Oregon planning options and their tradeoffs can be explained clearly.

Stage 02 ii

A plan shaped to your life.

Together we craft a plan tailored specifically to your family, your assets, and your goals, thoughtfully structured to avoid probate, minimize Oregon Estate Tax, and protect what you've built. You'll come in and sign your documents in our office, all in one visit.

Stage 03 iii

Plan delivery & relationship.

At the final meeting, we review the signed plan, provide the documents and implementation guidance included in the engagement, and explain any remaining funding or beneficiary steps. The engagement letter and document-retention policy will identify which originals or copies the firm keeps and how they may be retrieved. We also explain when a future review may be appropriate after changes in family, assets, goals, or law.
