Revocable Living Trusts.

A flexible estate-planning structure that may keep properly transferred assets out of probate while allowing you to retain control during your lifetime.

A revocable living trust can provide continuity during incapacity and a private method for administering assets properly transferred to the trust.

You can generally serve as trustee and retain the power to amend or revoke the trust while you have capacity. After death or incapacity, a chosen successor trustee can manage trust property under the document's terms. Assets properly titled in the trust may avoid probate; assets left outside it may still require probate or pass under another transfer method. Trust funding and beneficiary coordination are therefore essential parts of the plan.

Key benefits of a Trust

iii

iv

Incapacity planning. Provides a clear plan for managing your assets if you become incapacitated.

v
